At BAR, our customers rely on us to identify solutions to their fluid control challenges. For this customer, we developed a pneumatic ball and butterfly valve solution with accessories to meet the air purification needs of their large industrial, 3D printers.

Developing a bespoke solution
Our bar team collaborated with the end customer to create a prototype to help develop efficient valves for their needs. One of the main objectives of this project was to design a valve that would balance cost-effectiveness with optimal flow characteristics. Another important requirement was to develop space-saving components that could meet the compact requirements of various applications.
To achieve these goals, we conducted a rigorous testing phase and developed a range of valve configurations. Our end customers participated in the testing phase and provided valuable feedback on the system’s performance and durability, enabling us to refine the design.
